The end of a story

Grandma Mouse watched as everyone left. Her day long and tiring, the day full of tears and sadness, the bringing together of a family.

A family.. the biggest part of their adult lives. 4 daughters, 8 grand kids, and great-grandchildren.

All now in mourning for the man who had brought her such joy and love.

Grandpa Mouse was gone. Passed quietly in his sleep.

Tears beginning to flow in Grandmas eyes she knelt down to say a final goodbye to the Man who she had spent her whole adult life with, shared children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren with.

It was the end of a story.. His story..

Goodbye Grandpa.. I loved you greatly .We will mourn but your passing reminds us that a new story begins for you.
